    • In connection with the amendments to the terms and conditions of twenty-eight (28) electricity futures and option contracts on trade date May 20, (see SER-6631R dated May 13, 2013), please note below the changes to the contract titles, corresponding all month/single month accountability levels (NYMEX Rule 560), and initial spot month position limits (NYMEX Rule 559) for twenty-four (24) affected contracts. Effective trade date May 20, 2013, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, the terms and conditions for these contracts will be updated and inserted into the

      NYMEX Position Limit, Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table located in the Interpretations and Special Notices Section of Chapter 5 of the NYMEX Rulebook.
