Why trade grains and oilseeds?

The soybean complex refers to an interconnected market for soybeans and their primary byproducts: soybean meal and soybean oil.

Corn is the most widely grown crop in the United States, with diverse uses from animal feed to ethanol production.

SRW wheat, or soft red winter wheat, is a vital commodity in the global agricultural markets and one of the most actively traded wheat benchmarks in the world.
