Large Trader Requirements. Listing of Three (3) Light Louisiana Sweet (LLS) (Argus) Crude Oil Futures Contracts

Pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, effective trade date Monday, December 8, 2014, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX or Exchange) will list three (3) new Light Louisiana Sweet (Argus) crude oil futures contracts (see SER-7239R published November 19, 2014). The terms and conditions for the new contracts, including the spot month position limits (NYMEX Rule 559), single month and all month accountability levels (NYMEX Rule 560), reportable levels (NYMEX Rule 561) and aggregation allocations, were filed with the CFTC on November 20, 2014 and are provided in Excel format under Appendix B of NYMEX Submission #14-467, and noted below.
