• Decrease in Spot Month Limits for WTS (Argus) Futures Contracts and Increase in Accountability Levels for WTI Trade Month Futures Contracts

    • Pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX or Exchange) will decrease the spot month position limits for the WTS (Argus) contracts listed below and amend the aggregation allocations and increase the single month accountability levels for the WTI Trade Month leg of the spread futures listed below. These changes shall be effective for the November 2014 contract month. Please be reminded that the spot month limits for the November contract month, for all three futures contracts listed below, shall go into effect on October 21, 2014. Effective trade date October 20, 2014 and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, the terms and conditions for the contracts will be updated in the NYMEX Position Limit, Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table located in the Interpretations & Special Notices Section of Chapter 5 of the NYMEX Rulebook, as noted below.
