    • Earlier today, September 10, 2012, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX or Exchange) delisted the China Coal (IHS McCloskey/Xinhua Infolink South China CFR Marker 5,500kc NAR) Swap futures contract (chapter 1121, commodity code CMC) from the NYMEX trading floor and CME ClearPort.
      There was no open interest in this contract. The product rule chapter and terms and conditions contained in the Position Limit, Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table located in the Interpretations and Special Notices Section of Chapter 5 (Trading Qualifications and Practices) of the NYMEX Rulebook were removed.
      NYMEX currently offers the Coal (API 8) cfr South China (Argus/McCloskey) Swap futurescontract (chapter 1113, commodity code SSI) for trading on the NYMEX trading floor and for submission for clearing through CME ClearPort.
