    • Please be advised that effective January 31, 2011, Edgemere Terminals, Inc. (“Edgemere”), an Exchange Licensed Warehouse, advised the Exchange that it will no longer serve as a Licensed Warehouse for storage and delivery of Warrants against the COMEX Grade 1 Copper Futures (the “Copper Futures”) contract. Please be reminded that any COMEX Clearing Member Firm (“Firm”) who possesses outstanding Warrants for the January 2011 Copper Futures contract beyond 12:00 noon Central Time on the Last Intent Date (i.e., Friday, January 28, 2011) will not be able to tender those Warrants for delivery against the February 2011 Copper Futures contract.
