    • Deliveries Plus New Release is now available for NYMEX metal product testing through the CME Group Portal at http://connectcert.cme.com.
       
      Please Note: Monday, September 21st, we will be running a conversion of Platinum and Palladium inventory for Deliveries Plus New Release. The inventory will be a copy of EDS data from Friday, September 18, 2009. Please verify the inventory in Deliveries Plus and contact Deliveries with any questions or concerns. During the conversion Deliveries Plus will be unavailable.
       
      If you do not have access to the Portal and/or Deliveries Plus, please complete the Customer Support Access form available through the following link:
       
       
      Once the form is completed, fax to Firm Support at 1.312.338.2626.
       
      *Note – New Release is unavailable from 12 noon – 5 p.m. every Wednesday for routine maintenance.
