    • As a reminder, FEC (firm version) training sessions for NYMEX/COMEX clearing member firm personnel will be conducted via MS Live next Monday, May 18 through Thursday, May 21, 2009. If you haven’t already done so, please click Registration to register for the FEC sessions by 9:00 a.m. tomorrow (ET). Shortly thereafter, registration will be closed. Tomorrow, all class registrants will receive emails containing instructions for accessing MS- Live. For those clearing member firm staff attending the sessions at the NYMEX Training Facility on the 4th floor, the FEC application will be displayed on the large screen when you arrive at the Training Facility.    
       
      On-Line System Access
       
      All clearing member firm staff that require access to any CME Group clearing application should click on  
      http://www.cmegroup.com/clearing/files/onlineaccess.pdf to complete the On-Line System Access Request Form. If you have any questions about completing the form, contact the Customer Support Group
      at 312-930-3444, and select Option #2.
