COMEX and NYMEX Metal Delivery Testing Update

The mandatory testing scheduled for Deliveries Plus – Metals in New Release for the week of July 6^th has been changed to occur the week of July 13^th. Details of the testing schedule and script will be sent in a separate advisory.

Reminder:  Deliveries Plus – Metals is currently available for testing in New Release through the CME Group Portal.

If you do not have access to the Portal and/or Deliveries Plus, please complete the Customer Support Access form available through the following link:

Request the following:

Exchange: NYMEX

Applications: CME Portal, Deliveries and Document Direct

Special Instructions: Indicate New Release and if a facility identify if you need regular or super user access.

Once the form is completed, fax to Firm Support at 1.312.338.2626.

*Note – New Release in unavailable from 12:00PM– 5:00PM every Wednesday for routine maintenance.
