About the Notices

The Notice formats differ because they were developed before CME, CBOT and NYMEX joined together to become CME Group. CME Notices are organized according to content area, then by year, while the CBOT and NYMEX Notices are organized by year, then by content. CBOT and NYMEX also offer index files while CME Notices do not.

Request login to BrokerTec Support Portal for BrokerTec notices from July 2019 through March 9, 2023.

To navigate the archived notices,
1. Please download the attached zip file and extract it.
2. If there is an index file, right click it to view individual notices and attached PDFs.
3. If no index file is available, right click the individual notices and select the "Open" option and choose your local internet browser.
4. For best results, please use the most current version of Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer.

Note: You will see links in many of the Notices but most of these are not active, as these are archived files. Some links to PDFs files, however, may still be active.

Note: Attached pdfs are located in the "files" folder along with the individual years.
