Updates to Cleared OTC IRS/FRA Trades - This Week

Effective this Sunday, June 7 (trade date Monday, June 8), Business Date and Trade Date in Trade Capture Reports for Post-Topday updates of Cleared OTC IRS/FRA trades will be updated as follows:

Business Date	FIX tag: 715-ClearingBusinessDateFIXML: /TrdCaptRpt/@BizDt)	Original clearing date of the trade
Trade Date	FIX tag: 75-TradeDate FIXML: /TrdCaptRpt/@TrdDt	Date on which the trade was executed

Prior to this change, Post-Topday updates resulted in modified values in these fields.

Additionally, the Offset Instructions (FIX tag: 10021-OffSetInstructions, FIXML: /TrdCaptRpt/@OfstInst) will only be populated on initial messages for Allocations or Transfers and will not be present on subsequent trade updates.

These changes are currently available for customer testing in New Release.

NewUpdate to Cross Type and FIX Data Dictionary - July 12

Effective Sunday, July 12 (trade date Monday, July 13), two values will be added to support the two new types of Request for Cross (RFC) trades available on CME Globex.

These values, when available, will be included on Trade and Allocation messages to assist in identifying each type of RFC. The CME STP FIX Data Dictionary has been updated to include these new values.

These changes are currently available for customer testing in New Release.

CME STP FIX on Google Cloud - Production Internet Connectivity Migration Deadline - July 31

As part of a phased migration of CME Straight Through Processing APIs to Google Cloud, Production internet connectivity options for CME STP FIX API are now available .

Close of business Friday, July 31, all clients must complete migration and connect to CME STP FIX API Production using only the Google Cloud hostnames.

CME STP FIX on Google Cloud is available in parallel to the current on-prem instance. When connecting in parallel to Google Cloud and on-prem instances, clients should ensure trades are not double-booked.

A mandatory supplemental certification for message recovery is now available for CME STP FIX on Google Cloud.

CME STP Trade View

NewCME STP Trade View Coming to EBS Workstation - This Week

Starting this Saturday, June 6, CME STP Trade View will be available on EBS Workstation to further integrate CME Group services. This service will replace existing Deal Query functionality.

Unlike legacy EBS Workstation Deal Query, depending on your entitlements, CME STP Trade View allows you to query all trades for your firm on all CME Group asset classes and venues.

 

 

CME STP Trade View allows you to customize your query presentation by selecting which fields you want to see and saving your preferences for repeated use.

CME STP Trade View is available to all EBS Workstation users with standard Internet browser via CME Customer Center, Post Trade > CME STP Trade View.
