SUBJECT:      Regularity Approval for Gold, Gold (Enhanced Delivery), Silver, Platinum, and                         Palladium

 

New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX”) and Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX”) (collectively, the “Exchanges”) have approved the application of Texas Precious Metals, LLC to become an Approved Depository for gold, gold (enhanced delivery), silver, platinum, and palladium at their location in Hempstead, NY.

 

This approval is effective immediately.

 

The status for Texas Precious Metals, LLC’s application as a Collateral Custodian for COMEX Gold Warrants as performance bond is currently pending. Please monitor Clearing House Advisory emails and the website for updates.
