Position Limits, Accountability Levels and Large Trader Reporting Requirements in Connection with the Initial Listing of the Lithium Hydroxide CIF CJK (Fastmarkets) Average Price Option and Cobalt Metal (Fastmarkets) Average Price Option Contracts

In connection with the initial listing of Commodity Exchange, Inc.’s (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) Lithium Hydroxide CIF CJK (Fastmarkets) Average Price Option and Cobalt Metal (Fastmarkets) Average Price Option contracts (the “Contracts”) on trade date Monday, December 11, 2023 (see SER-9290 published November 21, 2023), please note below and in Exhibit B of COMEX Submission No. 23-453 the corresponding spot-month position limits (Rule 559), aggregation allocations, single month and all month accountability levels (Rule 560) and reportable levels (Rule 561). The new, financially settled contracts shall have diminishing balances.
