Position Limits, Accountability Levels and Large Trader Reporting Requirements in Connection with the Initial Listing of the Argus Butane (Saudi Aramco) Futures Contract

In connection with the listing of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc.’s (“NYMEX” or “Exchange”) Argus Butane (Saudi Aramco) Futures contract (the “Contract”) on trade date Monday, August 14, 2023 (See SER-9215 published on July 18, 2023), please note below and in Exhibit B of NYMEX Submission No. 23-226 the corresponding position limits (Rule 559), accountability levels (Rule 560), aggregation allocations and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the contracts. In addition, the position limit aggregation of the existing Mini Argus Butane (Saudi Aramco) Futures will also be amended as detailed in Exhibit B of NYMEX Submission No. 23-226.
