Position Limits, Accountability Levels and Large Trader Reporting Requirements in Connection with the Initial Listing of Five (5) Fertilizer Futures Contracts

In connection with the listing of the Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc.’s (“CBOT” or “Exchange”) five (5) financially settled fertilizer futures contracts on trade date Monday, June 10, 2019 (see SER-8388R dated June 4, 2019), please note below and in Appendix F of CBOT Submission No. 19-184R the corresponding spot month position limits (Rule 559), aggregation allocations (Rule 559.D.), single month and all month accountability levels (Rule 560) and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the new contracts.
