Position Limits, Accountability Levels and Large Trader Reporting Requirements in Connection with the Initial Listing of Two (2) Financially Settled Black Sea Grain (Platts) Option Contracts

In connection with the listing of the Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc.’s (“CBOT” or “Exchange”) two (2) financially settled Black Sea grain (Platts) option contracts on trade date Monday, July 16, 2018 (see SER-8173R dated June 28, 2018), please note below and in Exhibit B of CBOT Submission No. 18-193, and in Exhibit B of CBOT Submission No. 18-192 the corresponding spot month position limits (Rule 559), aggregation allocations (Rule 559.D.), single month and all month accountability levels (Rule 560) and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the new contracts.
