On Sunday, May 15, 2022, EBS Market and eFix trading on CME Globex launched. The previous trading system is no longer available.

Important Updates to Support Contact Information

Customer support for EBS markets were integrated with the Global Command Center (GCC), resulting in the following EBS customer support contact changes:

• All support queries via email should be sent to gcc@cmegroup.com. All email replies from the GCC will come from this address.
  • All emails sent to ebssupport@cmegroup.com are automatically redirected to gcc@cmegroup.com. 
  • Existing EBS customer support phone numbers have been decommissioned. EBS customer support phone queries should be made using the regional GCC numbers, selecting option 3.
  • The customersupport@ebs.com email address has been decommissioned and emails sent to this address will not be delivered.
• On Friday, June 17, the ebssupport@cmegroup.com email address will be decommissioned.

Please be aware that customers can now subscribe to receive EBS Market on CME Globex Notices via the Subscription Center, a self-serve online resource for managing email communications from CME Group. The EBS Market on CME Globex Notices are currently sent weekly at 2am Central Time (CT) Thursday and include communications regarding the up-to-date details and actions required for clients to support the EBS Market on CME Globex.
