The software release includes:

  • Coming Soon: Staged Orders - A new functionality to stage orders with an execution desk. Request early access now by emailing platformsolutions@cmegroup.com. 
  • Modern Authentication - Enable login through the CME Group website. Learn more about the benefits of  Modern Authentication.
  • Bug fixes and other improvements


The CME Direct team recommends you save a copy of your workspace prior to the system upgrade. To save a workspace, navigate to: Menu > Export Window Layout.

If you receive an error message, use the following links:

  • Cannot Download Application - Download the version from the MSI Download page
  • Out-of-date error - Open the CME Direct application
