CME Direct Software Enhancement Coming June 27

On Sunday, June 27 (trade date Monday, June 28), there will be a CME Direct software upgrade. The software release includes:

• Order Entry TIF Default: Order Entry TIF default will be changed to Fill and Float / Day Order.
• Directed RFQ: Notification alert for pending relationship requests in the Directed RFQ Book. Ability to mark favorite Directed RFQs. Quick filter for ‘Pending Action’ Directed RFQs.
• Cross Trade Entry: Setting to “leave unfilled orders in market”. A button on Cross ticket for “Add Another” to quickly repopulate the Cross ticket with trade details.
• Options Trading Grids: The default Greek value will be set to QuikStrike Vol.
• Auto Size Columns: Button to quickly auto size trading grid columns.
• Excel Order Entry: will now require iLink Tag 1028 – Manual / Automated order for all Order submissions. Additional information is available in the CME Direct Excel Order Entry Update - Tag 1028 Notice.

Please Note: In a future release this year, CME Direct will require all users to installed Microsoft .NET Framework of 4.7.2 or higher to access the platform.

The CME Direct team recommends you save a copy of your workspace prior to the system upgrade. To save a workspace, navigate to:  Menu > Export Window Layout.
