    • On Sunday, November 17 (trade date Monday, November 18), there will be a CME Direct software upgrade.

      CME Globex will require Customer Ordering Handling Instructions (Tag 1031) submitted with CME Globex orders. Additional information can be found in the CME Globex Notices.

      For detailed information on how to manage in CME Direct, please see the CME Direct Release Notes.

      CME Direct team recommends you save a copy of your workspace prior to the system upgrade.  To save a workspace:  Menu > Export Window Layout.

      If you receive an “out-of-date” notification when attempting to launch CME Direct following the software update, please use this link to open the application: https://cmedirect.cmegroup.com.
