CHICAGO, March 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CME (NYSE: CME)(NASDAQ: CME) has announced the following trading schedule in conjunction with the Good Friday holiday (all times are Central time). Due to the release of the "Employment Situation" economic report on Friday, April 6, 2007, by the U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), CME interest rate and foreign exchange (FX) products will be open for an abbreviated trading session on Friday, April 6 as noted below:
Thursday, April 5 Unless noted below all products will close at their
regular trading time on the Exchange trading floor
and CME Globex®.
Commodity futures and weather option products traded
on the Exchange trading floors will close at 12:00
noon (commodity options close at 12:02 p.m.).
Commodities, fertilizer and ethanol traded on CME
Globex will close at 12:00 noon.
Friday, April 6 Commodity futures, equity index products, housing
options, GSCI® and weather options products traded
on Exchange trading floors are closed. Interest rate
and FX products traded on Exchange trading floors
will close at 10:00 a.m.
Equity index products traded on CME Globex will close
at 8:15 a.m. Interest rate, FX and housing products
traded on CME Globex will close at 10:15 a.m.
Sunday, April 8 CME Globex opens at its regular time of 5:00 p.m.
(for trade date of April 9).
