New York, N.Y., May 15, 2006 — Holdings, Inc. today reported record net revenue and income for the first quarter of 2006.

NYMEX filed its 10Q and reported net revenue of $114.2 million as compared to $72.7 million for the first quarter of 2005 representing a 57.1 % increase. In the first quarter ending March 31, 2006, net income increased 171.1% to $33.6 million as compared to $12.4 million in the first quarter of 2005. Daily average contracts traded rose to 1,082,046 in the first quarter of 2006, a 39.1% increase over the 777,737 daily average during the same period in 2005.
