Exchange Sets Volume Record for e-miNYsm Natural Gas Futures Contracts

NEW YORK, N.Y., May 17, 2005 — The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., announced that a record 2,012 e-miNYsm natural gas futures contracts were traded on May 12, surpassing the previous record of 1,846 contracts set on July, 10, 2002.
