NYMEX Announces New Market Data Fee Strucutre

NEW YORK, N.Y., October 3, 2005 — The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. will revise its fees for all market data subscribers, effective on January 1, 2006.

The new price structure for the receipt of real-time market data will be a flat fee of $40 for each device, replacing the current tiered price structure of $55 for the first device; and $22 for each additional device. Subscribers who receive market data via the internet will be charged the $40 rate.
