Soybean futures traded lower as harvest pressure and falling oil prices pushed the January contract down 16'6 to 1205'4. Corn futures consolidated in a tight range, finding some support as the harvest nears completion, while call option open interest reached 614,000 contracts. Wheat futures held steady, with the December Chicago contract staying above the 600'0 mark as lower prices attracted global buyers. Option open interest in wheat showed strong participation, adding 3,000 contracts to push call open interest to 188,000. Market participants await upcoming election results for further direction across the grain complex.
