Euro FX futures moved higher to start the week, reaching as high as 1.1237 before settling near 1.1200. The currency pair found support from a weaker U.S. dollar and rising uncertainty ahead of Tuesday's elections, bouncing off the year-to-date low set after the recent Federal Reserve meeting. Despite the price recovery, volatility increased, with the CVOL index moving higher on the back of broad market uncertainties. Meanwhile, speculators continued to build their net short positions, marking the largest short position for the group in over a decade.
