Japanese Yen futures slide for a second consecutive session, retreating back into a one-month trading range after briefly touching a closing high last week. Currency markets are repositioning ahead of a critical week for global monetary policy, with rate decisions expected from the Federal Reserve, the European Central Bank, and the Bank of Japan. A bounce in equity markets and a rise in short-term interest rates have provided near-term support for the U.S. dollar, applying broad pressure across most major foreign exchange futures.
