E-mini S&P 500 futures found higher price action to close out the week, regaining footing after two days of selling pressure to trade up about 0.5%. Prices approached all-time closing highs, reaching 7,861 and sitting just 13 points off the 7,874 record. Sector rotation emerged as a primary driving factor, with healthcare, digital infrastructure, and biotech lending relative strength to the S&P 500. While the Nasdaq-100 traded higher by 0.5%, it continued to lag slightly after facing heavier selling pressure in previous sessions. A broadening market rally also lifted other indices, with E-mini Dow futures showing notable day-over-day strength with a 1% gain, while E-mini Russell 2000 futures added 0.5% heading into the weekend.
