Euro futures tested their highest levels since mid-May before reversing course to close near unchanged at 1.1675. The currency rallied as news of increased bond buybacks from the Treasury pushed the U.S. dollar to three-month lows. In the options market, the CVOL index showed volatility easing slightly as prices backed off their daily highs. Traders now turn their attention to Friday's S&P Global PMI data, with a broader market focus shifting to next week's highly anticipated central bank meetings at the Jackson Hole Symposium.
