2-Year T-Note futures traded slightly lower, hovering near 103'28 after coming off a one-month closing high in the previous session. Initial weekend geopolitical tensions drove early weakness across multiple sectors, but markets found stability as concerns eased, allowing prices to bounce off intraday lows. The yield curve experienced a slight flattening, with the 2-Year yield rising 1.5 bps while the back end of the curve saw buying pressure that pushed 20-Year and 30-Year yields lower. Overall, short-term rates remain near the top end of their recent monthly range.
