Equity Index futures displayed resilience during the session, recovering from overnight and early selling pressure to finish with mixed results. While the market initially reacted negatively to increased geopolitical tensions and military activity in the Middle East, indices found support throughout the afternoon. S&P 500 futures remained essentially unchanged on the session, holding levels established at the end of February. The Russell 2,000 futures showed relative strength, climbing approximately 0.75%, while Nasdaq-100 futures and the S&P index finished slightly higher. The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures ended down slightly but closed significantly off their intraday lows. This recovery follows a period of weakness in February, with markets continuing to digest global developments and shifting geopolitical perspectives.
