U.S. Equity Index futures mostly declined as geopolitical risks resurfaced, though the Russell 2,000 index managed a slight gain. Headline CPI data met expectations while core CPI came in weaker than forecast, and new home sales dropped by 0.1%. Market participants are looking ahead to retail sales data and the Fed's Beige Book, alongside comments from Fed Presidents Bostic, Kashkari, and Williams. Additionally, major bank earnings from Bank of America and Wells Fargo are set to be released.
