December Natural Gas futures failed against technical resistance at the 200-day moving average, closing lower despite a storage draw of 14 billion cubic feet that matched expectations. While the surplus narrowed to 146 billion cubic feet, demand remains light with warmer-than-normal temperatures forecast across the U.S. before a cold snap arrives in the Rockies.
