10-Year Treasury Note yields moved lower, trading all the way down to 4.05 before closing at 4.06, a drop of 4 basis points on the session. Volatility in the bond market also declined, seeing its biggest one-day move lower since October 31. Looking ahead, the market is awaiting the House vote on reopening the government. Tomorrow will also feature the third installment of the refunding via the 30-Year auction, followed by additional Fed speakers discussing the economy and rates as the market anticipates new data releases.
