The British Pound nudged slightly lower to 1.3140 at the start of the week, following a 2.5% decline versus the dollar since mid-October amid rising budget concerns. Volatility, as measured by the C-vol Index, moved higher to start the week, with markets focused on Thursday's Bank of England meeting, where rate cut odds have recently increased.
