Grain futures were mixed after weekly export inspections were released. December Corn futures settle at $4.13, while November Soybean futures settle at $10.065. December Chicago Wheat futures settle at $5.0025, after hitting a new contract low early in the day. Due to the government shutdown, weekly crop progress reports were suspended, but analysts estimate the U.S. soybean harvest is nearly 58% complete and the corn harvest is 44% complete.
