Euro futures traded near 1.1720, staying within a range it has held since early August. Volatility, which had reached new year-to-date lows last week, moved higher. The market is now looking for a catalyst, with traders anticipating the release of the September FOMC minutes and comments from the Fed chair to gain clarity on policy, especially in light of the government shutdown and delayed data.
