10-Year Note futures traded lower, giving back some ground after closing at a five-month high yesterday. Inflation concerns seem to be influencing the market after sentiment data showed US inflation expectations have increased. The 10-Year yield rose 5 basis points to 406 basis points, and the yield curve is steepening. The market is cautious about how the Fed might interpret inflation moving forward.
