With a weakening labor picture and mild inflation pressures, the market anticipates a 25 basis point rate cut from the US central bank. The CME FedWatch tool indicates a 94.7% probability of the cut. The Bank of Canada is also expected to cut rates by 25 basis points, while the Bank of England and Bank of Japan are likely to hold rates steady.
