10-Year Treasury Note futures rallied to a 5-month high, negating yesterday's sell-off. The rise was supported by U.S. PPI data coming in below expectations and a strong $39 billion 10-Year Note auction with solid demand across the board. The 10-Year yield moved lower to 402 basis points, and the yield curve flattened.
