2-Year Treasury Note futures rallied to new contract highs, fueled by weaker-than-expected nonfarm payrolls data. The slowing job growth shifted expectations for future Fed policy, with the market now pricing in a higher probability of rate cuts by the end of the year. This sentiment created buying pressure, pushing the 2-Year yield down to 349 basis points, its lowest since April.
