Gold futures rallied for the fifth straight session, marking the largest single session percentage move since May 22nd, as the CME FedWatch Tool now places the probability of a September rate cut at almost 92%. This is the highest probability since the last Fed meeting and is a key factor behind the metal's strength. A two-day drop in US equity markets has also supported the rate cut thesis, driving a flight to quality for investors.
