10-Year Treasury Note yields move higher to start the month, closing up four basis points to 4.27%. This follows a 15-basis-point decline in August. The CME CVOL Index showed that volatility moved higher along with yields over the last week. Key economic reports due out this week include the JOLTs report, Factory Orders and the Federal Reserve's Beige Book.
