December Gold futures reached their highest level in 12 sessions and closed at their highest level in 13 sessions, driven by a weaker US dollar and dovish remarks from the Fed Chair at the Jackson Hole Symposium. The weaker dollar makes gold more affordable for foreign buyers, particularly with a strong seasonal period for buying from countries like India and China.
