Treasury yields continued higher, now up in eight of the last nine sessions. The 10-Year Treasury Note yield ended at 4.42% as July gains hit 20bps. Volatility also rebounds ahead of key CPI, Empire Manufacturing and a full slate of Fed speakers. Todd Colvin explains.
