British Pound futures rallied early Monday, coming within a whisker of its year-to-date high at 1.3622 before retreating to close nearly unchanged at 1.3580. With a Bank of England decision looming, markets are watching to see if expected summer rate cuts stay on the table. Todd Colvin has more.
