10-Year Treasury futures fell for a second session as traders positioned themselves ahead of Wednesday’s Fed announcement. Yields climbed to 4.46% as early buying reversed on moderating geopolitical tensions and below-consensus economic data. A well-received 20-year auction helped stabilize the market briefly, but steepening resumed late in the session. Dan Deming explains.
