April consumer prices increased 2.3% year-over-year, the lowest since February 2021, but still above the Fed's 2% goal. 10-year Treasury yields briefly dropped but quickly rebounded to 4.5%, highlighting the market's uncertainty due to trade policy and tariffs, according to Jim Iuorio with TJM Institutional Services.
