WTI Crude Oil futures broke above the 200-day moving average for the first time since April 2, rising more than 3% Tuesday. Markets now turn to tomorrow’s OPEC+ report and the weekly EIA release, with inventories expected to fall by 2.4 million barrels. Bob Iaccino discusses.
