The 10-year yield climbed to 4.38% Thursday, nearing the top of its recent range after a weak 30-year auction and waning foreign demand. Despite the rise in yields, volatility moved lower. Nine Fed officials are set to speak Friday as the post-FOMC blackout ends. Todd Colvin has more.
